Chicago Local Office (Help needed)

Hi Gurus.
I needed to know if there is a way to find out the operating hours and telephone of INS local offices. I have a FP2 appointment tommorrow and need to find out if I can get there around 8 am. The address of the local office is :

4701 n cumberland av
suite b-d
norridge IL 60706

Please let me know if there is a way to find that out as I dont see a phone number on the FP notice.
