My Application moved to the Regional DOL from the SESA office on June 16 2003 . It was from the Chicago SESA office and was filed under EB3 RIR.

Is there any one who got approval close to these dates ???

What is the current dates that are being processed?Does any one have an idea ??

CHICAGO –V DOL RIR processing July 11, 2003 on May of 2003, which means It takes around 3 month. You may get your good news around Oct 15th 2003.


MY LCA (RIR) has forwarded to CHICAGO DOL 7th of Aug 2003 and expect to get around November 1st week 2003
