My employer has sent me an acknowledgement letter from the Department of Employment Security, which acknowledges the receipt of my Application for Foreign Labor Certification on Sep 23 with a priority date of 6/30/2003. When my employer sent me this acknowledgement he informed that State has approved my Labor on Sep 23, which is the same date as the acknowledgement letter. I am totally confused with this. Can somebody please shed some light on this. Also, how long does it take for the documents to reach Regional once a case has been approved by state. My Case is being processed from Chicago.
