I need your advice ASAP.
My 485 Interview is schedule on Aug 25th in Chicago office.
My question is : I came to US on a Visit Visa B1 as a Scribe ( person who help a handicap) from Dubai. In my 485 application form I have not mention anything about Dubai. I have to face an interview now for 485.
Is my 485 in Jeopardy ? will it be approved ? What should I say if the immigration officer says that you came with the intention to stay in US and then change u r visa from B1 to H1.
I heard in the past 485 was denied to the persons came on B1 and change to H1 and GC. Is that true ??
