My wife and I had our interview today. We were asked all 10 questions, I got 9 right. The one I did not know came from outside the standard 100 - which amendment gives you the right to vote?
The officer was very nice, she told me that my security check was pending, but my wife's was cleared (her interview was after mine) so don't freak out when she gets the oath letter. No further direction was given. My wife was recommended for citizenship after her interview
Since I was in the no-fly list before I had expected this. However, my name was cleared from the no fly list, that did not help this situation.
So, when should I start thinking about a lawsuit? 4 months, A year or more?
