Right Now If I see threads.........it looks like that they are approving EAD and AP only after I 140 approved.......
You can't say anything..........Just apply and wait for it......

Not sure about the entire concurrent processing as my Receipt Notices says following:
I140: Processing time 210-240 days
EAD: 60-75 days
AP: 210-240 days.
I guess there is no clear cut rule saying when those will get approved. but i think once the 90 days are over, you can go to Local INS to get any interim EAD and emergency AP.
