Chicago Regional DOL still processing some pending open cases, For my company they made a final decision on over 50 cases in Feb 2005. Most of these cases has RD between August 2002 - Jan 2003. That means they are still processing cases at DOL Chicago.
Anyone who got a NOF recently (in 2004) from Chicago Regional DOL and case is still pending that will be processed at Chicago Regional DOL this is my understanding.
