Can anyone shed some light on what to expect from my current situations:
I filed for my wife in April 2004. I am us citizen and she had overstayed her visa, I applied through chicago local office and recieved FP and EAD. As far as who is processing our case or how much time does it take for processing these cases no body seems to have a clear answer on this. Our receipt # begins with MSC which seems a little different form most of the people that i have been talkig to. Timre frames for processing AOS in chicago in oct 2002 which seems unresonalbly long because one of my friend filed for I130 from Atlanta and had it approved in less that 60 days.
