Chicago address for AP ?
Hi, there,
I am currently out of US, and planning back to US in May before my current AP expires. I am supposed to apply a new AP when I am in US. Since newark is not able to issue emergency AP any more. I am wondering what is the Chicago address for Ap application, rather than the VSC center to whom we usually submit the application ? Any other way could expedite the process ? Pls clarify, thanks !

485 filed August,23,2002
1FP done Sept,27, 2002
2rd EAD approved Feb28, 2004(filed Nov, 2003)
