chest x ray

at the medical centre in my home country, they told me that I have to carry the chest x ray with the yellow sealed envelope at the entry point in the first visit to USA,,,
it seems stupid to carry this huge x ray as there is a report!!!!! "by the way all medicals are normal"
is that true???

any help...
