I am planning on getting married this year end. I have few questions.

I got my initial visa from Mumbai consulate. My fiancee is from Karnataka.

Q1)Where can I apply for her H4 visa - mumbai or Chennai consulate?

Q2) How long does it take these days to get the visa?

Q3) My company will only give a standard employment verification letter - would that do?

Q4) Does one need to have a certain amount of money in the bank?

Should be channai but if are asking people to go to Mumbai or kolkata then you could go there

2- 3 days

good enough with all your details like position,job responsibilities and salary on a company letterhead

Q4) Does one need to have a certain amount of money in the bank?

Nope ! but will not hurt to keep your bank statement and all tx info
