Had a successful interview on 26 th December. Came to US on 29 th DEC.
Main points.
1. Middle initial incorrect in the appt letter. The consulate goes by the name in the passport. so no problems.
2. Company spinoff. provided the amended I140 and press releases which said the parent company holds majority of the shares in the child company. consular officer was happy with these.
