How did you do the Paperwork .. What are all the papers you sent to consulate .. is this is her First H4 or She already had a H4?? pls post again with more details .. AS this is more and more useful for others who are in dilema situvations......

My wife got visa last week. It is fairly easy process. But I heard from her that some H4 visas were rejected too. So make sure everything is ok with ur paperwork.....

The paperwork that is needed are listed in the chennai website. Moreover, It is also listed by ginnu in another thread in the forums. Search for "recent Chennai Experioece by Raj". He gives u a list of documents needede. U just need to take all of them to chennai. The only questions she was aksed was " When was ur marriage" amd " how long has ur husband been in USA" and then she was granted the visa. So I think if the paperwork is coirrect, There will be no problems. Let me know if u want any specific answers.
