Checks payable to ???USCIS/INS/CIS???

I am applying for Renewal of EAD and AP

When look at Applications: I765(EAD) and I131(Advance parole)

Form (I765) says write check payable to

"IMMIGRATION AND NATURLIZATION SERVICES"

but for Advance parole(I131) it says

"CITIZENSHIP AND NATURALIZATION SERVICES"

and I am sending both the applications to the Vermont Service Center???


Is this correct ???, Are do I need to send checks payable to
" USCIS"...I am confused>>..

I-131 form is new, so it will have their newest name on that form. I-765 is an older revision, so it has INS on it. You can write the checks out to their respective names (as mentioned on the form)

Ask others, and your lawyer for a second opinion

last month I applied for EAD renewal with the check payable to 'USCIS Nebraska Service Center'. They encashed the check without any issues.
