Checks not cashed

Hello Guys,
I applied for concurrent processing 3 weeks ago, filed 140 for myself and 485/FP/EAD/AP for me and my wife. Lawyer had me write all the checks. Both the applications were mailed together. 140 related and one set of checks for 485/FP/EAD/AP have been cashed a week ago. Nothing happened on the 2nd set yet.

Lawyer said nothing to worry and things will happen in due course. Has anybody experienced a similar scenario.....Please share your experience.

Don't worry. Mine took over 4 weeks. Bear in mind too that the date you will see on the online status check is your ND, which is determined by when the checks are dealt with. It is not your RD, which should be a few weeks earlier, from the sound of your situation.
 
One set of checks - not cashed

The issue is that both my wife's and my applications/fees were mailed in the same fedex envelope, and one set of checks were cashed. I am expected them to be mine because the 140 related check also has been cashed.
