Checks Cashed. Am I good to get EAD

Hi All,

EAD checks for self and spouse have been cashed by USCIS. Also the checks for I-485 were cashed for self, wife and son. Does this mean I will get EAD without any RFEs'. If so, how maany day fro now?? any ideas??

Thanks much for the responses.

Cashing of check doesn't guarantee an EAD without RFE. It just means that your checks were deposited. Usually if you don't get an RFE you should get your EAd in 60 days from the date the checks are cleared.

Even if u get an RFE an provided you reply to it asap, u will get EAD in 90 days.
