Checklist of pre-approved labor in same company

Hi,

Guys pls help me make a checklist for using a pre-approved labor in the same company. Here is what I know (pls correct me if I am wrong.):

1. Qualification+Experience of pre-approved labor = Qualification+Experience of candidate at the time pre-approved was filed.

Congratulations for the preapproved labor. If the qual+edu matches then you are in pretty good shape to file 140 + 485

Keep in mind that for exp apart from number of years, your experience should be in technologies mentioned in original labor appn.
Also if the original applicant had filed 140 using that labor, then your company also needs to send letter withdawing original 140
