Checking Status with BCIS

Hi Friends,


Talking to BCIS Customer Service on our case status will mess up the process and may lead to RFE's and Queries. Is that correct? I was told by my Attorney.


Did any one ever experienced this kind of situation? Please all of you pass your comments on that.
