Checking status on AVM

Is it true that checking status on a regular basis can push your case out further. I\'ve heard this a couple of times and am now hesitant to check my status.

i used to check my status quite often

and I did not have any problems. I got my approval within 7 months of my ND which I guess is not that bad. I never talked to an IIO though, only AVM.

True is that not checking status on a regular basis can push your case out further. They think you are not interested.

Dont Believe AVM too much ...

I got my approval notice in mail on May 11 and even now my AVM still says ..." Processing resumed ..."....ie. The AVM is yet to be updated wrt my approval .

checking AVM ...never HURTS ...again ...I say so only based on my exp .
