Checked AVM, mine got approved, For spouse AVM not updated

EB2, RIR, ND Jul 12, Approved on Aug 15th, I filed for my husband, AVM not updated for my husband, For my husband Birth certificates are Affidivits, Marriage certificate also Affidivit. I have no idea my be that is a problem. we have not recd any papers yet, I am hoping that we can receive both the approval papers. Does any one has the similar problem before, Please give me a suggestion.

congrats. Wish you & your husband the best. It might be a case of AVM not having been updated in your husband\'s case. Keep checking. Good luck.

Congratulations!!! Did you ever called INS if not talk to them and findout about your spouse\'s stat
