and their 485 date is 11/22/03. Damn, now how do I get my app transferred there?? I would have gotten approval, 9 months before I even filed. Damn.

JIT = Just in time report.

JIT is what is released by the INS (BCIS) (Immigration & natz. service versus, bunch of crap immigration service), to AILA.

JIT lists a whole bunch of application types, with a date right next to them.

So, if the date for I-485 is 11/16/01, this means they have technically assigned all apps with ND's <= 11/16/01 to officers. If you donot hear in a month, and your ND + 1 month <= JIT, then you can call INS and ask them what the heck is going on.
