Check this one out....(Name check before FP??)

THis is regarding my inquiry with CSC about not getting FP notice and they telling me that it was mailed 2 months ago.

When my attorney contacted them, he got a response saying that my case is on hold because name check is pending. Does that make sense? My FP notice is missing. My name check is already started. ?????

Finger print and name check are different. But finger print reivew and Name check are done by FBI. FBI returns the results of finger print check generally within 24 hours.
 
I just got another e-mail from CSC saying that my name check is pending but they repeated that my FP notice has been mailed. Now neither me or my lawyer has this notice. I have sent them a mail asking what do I do now?

I also wrote an email to USCIS and was informed that my name check is pending. And I have not received my FP notice either.

BTW, I noticed that my case showed up online after I received an email from CSC regarding my email inquery with LUD 06/20/2005. Does an email inquery trigger a LUD? any idea?
 
Yes, E-mail inquery does trigger LUD. It happened to my case and I observed the same with almost all people who sent email quiries.
