Just wondering if there would be any impact if you call DOL and check your status.

Heard ppl say that their attorneys advised them not to call DOL

LC belongs to your employer - so employer and lawyer are supposed to call DOL/SESA. I belv there is amount of human factor involved here. Just think over it - what if you are talking to analyst and end up arguing - that may affect your case sometimes. (it is not approved legally but just human factor.)!

However if you are polite - it doesn't hurt to call maybe once or couple of time spread over reasonable period. Sometimes if you are polite they may provide you with some valuable information too.
