Can anyone help?
My I-485 was filed in Jan 15, 2002 and the last updated date on the USCIS web page is Jan 16, 2002. I had done my FP on June 2002. It seems the FP results was not updated.

How can I inquiry about my FP and what information do I have to supply to them. When I went back to my filing, I just found an "Application Information Worksheet" that had my SSN and Alien Registration Number that starts with an "A". There is no WAC number on the worksheet. Do I need to worry about them losing my FP result? (I had my FP done in San Jose).
 
This is a common question on this board.

Same happened to me and my wife. Did the 2nd FP on Jan 9th. Website never got updated.
I checked with the FBI and they confirmed they had returned the results to USCSI same day. I then called the "help" line and managed to talk to an IIO. She explained that they did not systematically update the website when FP results were received.

same as me, I got fp on sep/25/2003, but never updated website.
it was 1st FP. I am also wondering in now.
