I filed i485 for parents. Mailed out 2 packages. Identical documents except for different person. Delivered to IL lockbox. One shows picked up by USCIS on 11/19. The other shows picked up on 11/20. The first one check cashed the next day after delivery and receipt received 2 days later. The second one check is still not cashed. Why?
