Man, this drives me crazy, LUD changed minutes ago to 7/19...
Is this a computer error ?! or something is going on... Help me, I am having a heart
attack.

All you EB2s with recent LUD changes. I think some good news is on the way. Nothing is ever guaranteed but the odds are in your favor. Hope for the best.

No LUD for me.. not yet, that is. My first LUD was July 13 unlike yours which was July 12th. So, may be mine will update tomorow.

Is this a 7-day deal? Looks like LUD's occur every 7th day. :)
 
LUD change

After a short break..my I485 LUD started changing again yesterday..I assume it is some kind of automatic update!
Latest I485 LUD (for me and spouse): 7/18, 7/19

Atleast in my case it is not! It was a one and 2 day deal earlier and then it changed to 12 day deal after a break!
I 485 LUDs: 5/18; 5/19; 7/1; 7/4; 7/6; 7/18; 7/19

is ins really working on weekends.. my all apps(140/485/131/765) for mywife also filed on june 29(ND). I see LUD on 140/ap/ead for both of us(except one 140) on 7/5,7/15,7/16,7/17,7/18,7/19(s today also)... whats that means...
can some one throw light on this please//
 
I just checked mine, it changed to 07/19/05. This is first change after I filed I-485 since last September.

MY LUD changed on 5 times since last one month.latest 7/18 and 7/19.It does not make any sence as mine is EB3.But one thing is clear,some one is touching my file and clearing the dust lying on it.
 
No LUD's for me yet.

It seems that all these LUD's might be related to the delayed visa bulettin of Aug 05.
Another theory.

* First LUD's (last week) were to separate/identify all EB2 categories cases.
* 2nd LUD's (now) might be to determine the number of cases that can be approved based on the number of visa available now, and then based on those cases, determine the cutoff priority date.

So I think they are separating some cases. Which one is which is, I am not sure. Probably the ones with LUD's might be eligibile from this years quota, and vice versa.
 
LUD changed too!!!

My 485 also changed on July 13 and July 19 (today). Hope something will happen soon.

NIW 140 ND: 10-13-2004, AD: 04-11-2005 :)
NIW 485 ND: 11-30-2004. AD:??? :confused:

FP done: 03-23-2005
LUD: 03/24/2005, 07/13/2005, 07/19/2005
 
LUD of my I485 has been changed today (7/19) as well. I am becoming a little bit nervous since I will be moving in two weeks.

Mine Too.. but it does not make sense since I am EB3 Retro. Looks like shelfing files??

I think may be they are sorting files who cases are
ready like completed all the requirements (FP, Namecheck)
and keeping ready for october 1st.
