My husband is planning to apply for citizenship. I couldn't get the check list as they mention on their website.

Could some one please put the link for the CIS check list. Not the main site, from there how to get to the check list?Along with N 400 other than 2 photos with A number on the back, check($390- payable to whom?)anything else to be included?

Like green card copy, any other document.
