Check clearance for EAD

Hi,

I applied for EAD (sent application to USCIS) about more than week ago. Please let me know normally how many days does it take to clear the check by USCIS Service Centre ?

I want to make sure whether they received my application or not.

about 10 days to clear the check. if u had send by certified mail u could have got the receipt.

EAD not approved after 90 days...Continue to work ?

Hi All,

My friends EAD did not got approved after 90 days. Can he continue to work or else does he have to stay as UNPAID ?

What happens to his I-485 status now ? Will it gets affected if he continues to work ?
