I'm asking this for my friend who is anxious to know if his H-1b application has been picked.
Today his attorney notified him that the check (which was issued by his attorney) attached with his H-1b application has been cashed by USCIS on 4/25/07. Does this mean his application being accepted?
Is he or only his attorney gonnna receive a written notice from USCIS?
Any input would be appreciated. THanks
