Chcek cashed and receipt processing

I apply to the Vermont service center. The USCIS website says that they're now processing the fees and receipts of applications received on or before 07/30/07 ( I am referring to the weekly update).
However, they received my application on 09/17/07 and my check was cashed on 09/21/07.
So should I be expecting a receipt now or am I concerned by the delay as well?

Give it some time, man! Don't overstress. You have to receive your NOAs and biometrics appointment first. It seems to me that there's no delay at all with Vermont. I am actually surprised that VSC moved so fast.

The NOA is exactly what I am talking about. I know the whole process will take a few months but I was just wondering if I should expect the NOA now since my check was already cashed.

You may need to give it a few weeks. I'll give you an example with my case
Look at my timeline
First when I received my NOA, the date of issuance on it was January 10(!!!Note my check appeared cancelled on my bank statement on Jan 12)However, I received the NOA in the mail 2 weeks later on January 24. I believe they send order for issuance a NOA as soon as they cash your check.
Now how long it takes them to actually mail  , obviously they do take their time. SO patience" PEACE!:)

It really depends. Sometimes you can get it really quick. My checks were cashed and 3 days later got NOA's. But I think that I got it that quick maybe because I waited 30 days just to get my checks cashed.

Bio Appoint.

I applied at vermont too in september. I got my NOA but nothing since then and it's been 2 weeks since I got my NOA and I am still waiting for my biometrics appointment letter. I'm so stressed out because I wanted to get this done before my husband gets deployed. Also, I haven't seen my family in 2 years and was gonna visit them as soon as I get the biometrics done. But it's hard to plan as I have no idea when they will decide to mail it.
