Charlotte Local Office Transfer

Guys,

Could we use this to track local Office Transfers to Charlotte Office. I am trying to find out what the time lines are for getting interview notice in Charlotte Office.

Does anyone know how many months it takes from the Transfer date to get an Interview.

I would really appreciate if somebody who knows responds.

My case got transfered to Charlotte today (2/2/04). Do you got more information, gcisapain?

My case was transfered to Miami on Dec 15, 2003, and later transferred to Tampa office in middle Jan 2004.

My details: RD 5/30/01; ND 8/23/01; FP 12/2002.

I believe TSC transferring majority of cases with EB3 category that had FP done and close to expring. Appears that if you are EB2 or EB1, and close to FP exprire then your case is getting approved by TSC (no, or very few transfers for those EB category cases). What you all think?

What is your EB category? Your RD/ND sounds about the same as mine.
