nc2004, did TSC inform you prior to this that your case was being transferred to Charlotte? If so, do you mind sharing that transfer date? I'm trying to get a sense of how long Charlotte takes to schedule interviews? Thanks.

My case was transferred to Charlotte for interview yesterday. Looks like I still need to wait for months before getting out of this black hole. Can anyone from Charlotte area suggest a good lawyer? I would like to hire one from Charlotte since the company lawyer is in NY and probably can not company me to the interview.
