Charges have been dismissed on me

I guess you are all aware of Assault and Battery Charges on me earlier that has been put up by my wife. Just wanted to let you know. Today I have appeared to the court for my final hearing in front of the judge. The judge has dismissed those charges on me. I feel very happy after I heard that. I have learnt my lesson. I guess I have some hope on my 485 approval now.

Also my AP (ND 10/02) was pending more than 8 months now. Does anyone know the reason for this much delay? I appreciate your comments/suggestions.

Glad to know that you are observing a silver-lining out of the whole mess, you had caused to yourself and your spouse. Get rid of the past and focus on your future. For a few folks, AP takes a long time for getting adjudicated. I think a few folks have applied it a second time, after waiting for 8-9 months. Let me see if others advise you to apply once again. Good luck.
 
same here

if ap does not get approved for so long, it is advisable to apply again.

I have done this for my spouse's second ap (last year) after which both aps came with in two weeks.

When we reapply for a pending AP, do we have to pay the fee again even if they charged the first check?
