My Labor says that Employee will work on: X location. But I was transferred to another State just before labor approval, Attorney is saying that this work location is important because Advertisement were done for "X" location and to be able to work at different location Labor must be filled as MOBILE work location. Attorney says that you can change location only after 6 month of filling 485.
I don't know what to do? Give old work location in the application, and Friends address as residence? but that is not true, Although company have office there with more than 10,000 employee?
