Changing to Counsular Processing (CP)

Hi All,

I filed my I140 and 485 as concurrent processing on November 2003. I have not heard anything about my I140/485 yet. While filing 485 I have not chosen the CP processing - Can I change it to CP now or after my I140 approved?

Please suggest.

My understanding is that you can change from CP option to 485 but not vice versa. Besides, you get to choose either CP or 485 and not both, and you have to choose it when you file the I-140.

U can do it both ways. Though 485 to CP might be a bit pain.
