Hi,
This is my first post, so please forgive me if I violate any forum rules. My 485 was filed, with a RD of 8/27/02 and ND of 9/4/02. I still do not have anapproved EAD. However, my company is facing severe financial difficulties, and it is possible that I might be "made redundant". If that does happen, I do have an alternative offer. My questions are:
1) If that happens, can I change jobs although 180 days have not passed?
2) As the economy sucks right now, I might have to take a pay cut in my new job, although the job description will remain identical. Will that cause a problem?
All adivce will be greatly appreciated and received.
