changing to 485 from CP

Hi All,
If I want to terminate my cp process and start the 485 what are the steps I should take?
Are there any forms I have to submit to INS to terminate my cp process?

What stage of CP are u on? Did you just indicate CP while filing 140 and are now changing to 485 or have u already gone thru Packet 3/4 etc.. If former, u can file 485 without any hassles of canceling anything.. However, not sure what u need to do if u are already in the process of CP (having sent NVC/Counselate packets).. Best bet is to consult a lawyer..
