Changing Status from OPT to F2

Hi everybody;

I have some questions about changing my status from OPT to F2. My OPT expires on Feb 18th 2008 and I got married with my girlfriend in January 2008. She is in F1 status and I want to change my status to F2 before my OPT expires.

What documents would I need?

So far I got:

- Copy of Marriage Certificate
- Copy of passport pages and I-94 of me and my wifes
- Check in the amount of $200 to file I-539
- A letter explaining why do I want to change my status to F2

Would I also need:

- My and My wifes copy of I-20 's
- Bank Statement Letter
- Student Verification Letter from her school

Please let me know if I am missing something. Any help would be appreciated!
