I am currently on H1B and have applied for GC processing. My Labor has not reached till now. I was thinking of changing my status from H1 to A2 so that my A2 would not expire as in the case for H1 after 6 yrs. Do you think I would have any problems to my GC application by changing status? I won't be changing jobs...just visa status.
