Changing State while I-485 is pending

Does it makes a difference if I change states when I invoke AC-21 ?

Nothing will happen, but some times, your case can be transferred to local USCIS office.

My 485 is also in pending status and I moved to a different state (From Mass to New Jersey) but with same employer. So i just changed my address with USCIS.

I may be changing my employer too... I don't know how risky it would be.

How would we our case is moved to local USCIS office. Does LUD change??
