Changing spouse's employer after filing i-485

We have filed our I-485 Two weeks back. At the time of filing, my spouse is on h1b with another employer, I am on H1B with my GC sponsor..

My spouse has got a offer from another company who are willing to transfer her H1B. Is it OK for her to change the employer at this point of time. Does She needs to wait till she gets her EAD or Does the 6 months of stay with current employer also holds true for her?

Also, if changing employer is OK, do we need to file any status change with INS again for her?
 
If you're the primary and your wife is the derivative, then she's NOT required to stay with the same employer for at least 6 months. That rule only applies to the original 140 filer. Also, she doesn't have to notify USCIS about anything, except (if applicable) filing an address change form as required.
