My wife applie her Labor Certificate (for database administrator position) few (too many) years ago. This year, she decided to get a different position (hardware) within her company and use my EAD card. Last week, her Labor was approved!
What can we do now??? Can she go back to continue her application process? My understanding is that a Laber Certificate is for future position, she does not need to hold that position now. Please let me know if that is correct.
