Changing of Status F2 to F1 - No information received yet!

Hello y'all

I sent my I-539 (paper-based) form three weeks ago to the Texas DHS center (Mesquite, Tx), however I have not received any feedback if they received my application. I know they send an application number so you can track the status of your application.

Please let me know if there is any number where I can call and obtain more information.
