Changing of Immigrant Visa Interview Location

I am an indian citizen, previously living in mumbai. My husband [US Citizen]
applied for my immigration visa Form I-130. It has already been approved and my immigrant visa case is being processed at national visa centre. I think my interview will be held in mumbai or chinnai. But, I have moved to another country which is my husbands native country. I am living with my inlaws here and would like to be interviewed here instead of mumbai or chinnai because it will cause hardship on me since i have no place to live in india and the fact that i am pregnant, doctors have advised me to avoid long travels.

Is it possible to change interview location? how?

waiting for your reply ,
thanks

Have you/your husband heard from NVC yet? When they start sending you stuff there is application # on it and the first 3 letters tell you about the location of your interview. I believe it is BMB for Bombay and MDR for Madras. My understanding is that based on what was filled on I130 NVC will assign the consulate for interview. You need to contact NVC soon and tell them where you want to go for consular interview and take it from there.

Could you please tell
- Which service center I130 was filed with?
- How long did it take for approval?

Thanks.
