changing OATH dates

My wife and I had naturalization interviews few days apart. Eventhough, my IO put a note on my file to schedule my oath same day as my wife's date, it did not happen and I did not receive my notice until yesterday. All my details are in the signature.
1. Is it still possible to call the DO or VSC to change the oath dates? either prepone mine or postpone my wife's.
2. If so, what number I should call
3. Are there any complications with changing the oath dates

This board has been very helpful throughout my N400 process and hoping someone can help me with these questions. Thanks in advance,

Do you really need to have Oaths taken on the same day? Why complicate and reschedule when you can just go when they scheduled you. That way you create less work for USCIS and probably less opportunity for something to go wrong.

Just a friendly advice.

I totally agree with CroATM; you do not want to create any opportunity for anything to go wrong, just take the dates they have given to you. Of course you can reschedule, but it would not be exactly the dates or times that you or your wife would want.

They will not move yours back to match your wife's for one thing so you are left with just postponing your wife's which I think is not necessary.I know that may people want to make this date a very occasional day, but you may create a nightmare for youself in trying to tailor it to your needs.

oath done for my wife

I was asking these questions as we have two small children and long drive to philly. Any how, thanks for the advice. My wife is done with her oath yesterday and she is a citizen now. I will just go for mine on 8th and be done.

Thanks,
