changing name..

hello everyone,
if you replace your green card because you change your last name after the divorce and then you got your permanent resident card through your ex spouse, will they interview you again?
we have been married for almost 5 years.

if you have similar situation as me please i need your advice.

Hi..I do not think that u will be interviewed again..Just File I -90 and include a copy of the original court order or a certified copy of your marriage certificate bearing your new name. One thing to be noted here is You cannot submit this form if you are a conditional resident and your status is on the verge of expiry. If that is the case, file Form I-751 if you became a conditional resident through marriage to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

You got permanent residence after divorce, so i guess you might have removed the condition on residence. They won't interview for Form I-90.
