I have a PD of Dec 2003 and so could not file my I-140 and I-485 together.
I am on placement in one state, for which my L/C and I-140 was processed.
I now am looking at relocating in a different state but not changing my employer.
I have been told I will have to re-apply for L/C (PERM) in the new State but my I-140 will not need to re-apply for and PD will not be touched .
Can someone tell me why I cannot just relocate, using my I-140 and file my I-85 when my PD becomes current or what other problems will I have in doing this
