I have filed my NJ labor in Dec 2001 and I am waiting for the same. What will happen to the labor, if I am moved to different state in the same company? Can I continue with the green card even if I am not in NJ?
if nj is your HQ then you are good to go. no worries at all.
if not
Only thing is you will have to show that you are working for that company in NJ for sometime after you get your Green card. OR else You can use AC-21 to move your application to new state AT i-485 STAGE
