Changing location and job using AC21

EB2,PD is NOV 2006,140 approved,filed 485 on Aug 1st 2007,EAD and AP were sent for renewals.case is at TSC

I am in California now working as Sr.QA Engineer, using AC21 i am planning to change the Job and move to Texas.

can i take the positions like Sr.QA Analyst or QA lead?
will changing location affect my GC process?

That should be okay - although the job title is slightly different, if the job duties are similar that will be sufficient.
 
Almost ready with 180 days and ready to use AC21

This one is weird, back in Feb 2nd, CIS accepted mine and my wife I-485, we even had the fingerprints done, this is where it gets weird, around the same time they rejected the applications of my 2 children arguing there were no visas avail I am EB3. My PD is Jan 2006. My question is, why CIS says there is no visas for my kids, I know at this moment there is no visas for EB3, but my PD already past. am I right?

u will have to wait again for pd to become current. u can add dependent only when the pd is current.
