changing lawyers inbetween stages in GC processing

Hi all,
My GC is currently in the SESA stage. And my lawyer is really really bad. I would like to know whether I can change my lawyer once the Labour is approved and process I140 and I485 with a different lawyer?

you can change lawyer anytime you want, only thing you need to fill out G28/29 (I don't rember that form name) which say your lawyer represent you, you have fill out again and new lawyer should be aware of it. (if not, don't try to hire him/her)

Yes you can surely change the attorney... Since you have already paid him for Labor, Its a good idea to wait till Certification & then apply for I-485/I-140 thru different !
 
The form is G-28.

The only thing to remember is that it is the corporation that is the client in the I-140. As long as the corporate employer is willing to switch attorneys there should be no significant problems.
